Staplehurst Bellringers Report November 2025
NEWS FROM THE TOWER
Staplehurst Ringers and their families were well-represented at the Friends of All Saints Lego Festival held in the church on Saturday, 27th September. Builds were on display from Steve Bassett, his wife Becky and children Erin and Jake, from Daniel Brady and his son William, from Andrew and Debbie Brady and from Tyler Pengelly. Congratulations to young Tyler, whose Church Bells and Church Tower won the award for the best entry in the 16 years and under category, whilst the winner of the over 16 category was Daniel Brady’s representation of Hogwarts Castle.
On Tuesday, 4th November, we will be holding our Tower AGM at which we will be electing our tower officers for the coming year, so ringing will be somewhat curtailed that evening.
We will be ringing on Remembrance Sunday, but at the later time of 10 am, for the 10.45 am service. Otherwise, we will be ringing for the regular Sunday services and on our normal Tuesday evening practice.
